Does my 45+ skin Really need a neck cream?

I don’t often think about my neck but then I was asked this question the other day and all of a sudden it’s on my radar.

While I’ve always tried to extend what I use on my face to my neck (and décolletage), this area does warrant special attention so a results-driven cream will go a long way in keeping it looking better for longer. You see the skin on our neck is thinner than our facial skin, so it’s going to age quicker if it’s not shown regular love.

Remember, dry skin is always ageing skin and good skin at any age relies on establishing a routine you can stick to every single day.

Also, a yogi showed me a daily exercise that I believe goes a long way in keeping those muscles tight: Tilt your head back to look at the ceiling and stretch your lips forward, pretending to kiss the air 5 times. Simple yet highly effective. Do this daily to see results.

Here are three targeted creams I recommend:

  1. If you’re a clean beauty lover you need: Natio Replenishing Neck & Décolletage Cream, $19.95,  https://www.davidjones.com

  2. If you’ve neglected the area you need: L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect Intense Nutrition Neck & Décolletage Cream, $39.99, https://www.priceline.com.au

  3. If you’re not on a budget you need: Clarins Extra-Firming Neck Anti-Wrinkle Rejuvenating Cream, $100, https://www.adorebeauty.com.au

NOTE: I’m not paid to endorse any of these products. I only recommend what I know really works.
